Da Kine Popper Dip!
Ingredients:
- 2 blocks Philly cream cheese
- Da Kine Hawaiian Da Rub
- 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 7 jalapenos chopped
- 12 strips bacon chopped and cooked
- Da Kine Hawaiian Pineapple Syrup
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
- Using a cast iron skillet, place 2 blocks of cream cheese in the pan.
- Sprinkle cream cheese generously with Da Rub.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, and cooked bacon on top of the cream cheese.
- Place in oven uncovered and cook for 2 hours at 225. Gently mix ingredients together and drizzle pineapple syrup on top.
- Serve immediately with chips, crackers or veggies. So dang good!
