Da Kine Rubbed French Green Beans

Serves 10 25 minutes Ingredients:  French Green Beans 3-5 cloves Garlic, chopped Da Kine Hawaiian Original Mac Nut Oil or Olive Oil Da Kine Hawaiian Da Rub Original Directions: 1. Heat a couple Tbs. or so of oil to a frying pan on medium heat. 2. Add garlic and French Green Beans and sauté. 3. Generously season the green beans wih Da Kine Hawaiian Original Rub. 4. Continue cooking the beans until done. Some people like it well done, some like it a little crispy. Cook it the way you like it!

Photo by Maize & Honey.   Ingredients: 7 oz organic tofu, extra firm 1 cup cornmeal 1 egg 1/4 cup buttermilk 1 cup panko bread crumbs Da Kine Hawaiian Original Rub Directions: Preheat the oil to 350 F. Cut the tofu into squares and push some of the moisture out with a paper towel. Coat the tofu squares in cornmeal. Then dredge the tofu in an egg and buttermilk mixture.
