Lemon Mac Nut Crusted Mahi-Mahi
Ingredients:
4 small - med mahi mahi fillets
4 Tbs. butter at room temp.
1 Tbs Da Kine Original Rub and more for seasoning
1/2 c chopped macadamia nuts
juice from 1/2 lemon
1/4 c panko
Season mahi mahi fillets with Da Kine Hawaiian Original Rub. Put mahi mahi fillets on lined baking pan. Mix butter, 1 Tbs Original Rub, and the rest of the ingredients in small bowl. Divide into 4 and spread with fingers onto the 4 fillets until evenly coated. Bake at 425 degrees for about 10 min. Then broil on high for about 2 min until coating is nice and brown. So good! Note: Cooking time will vary depending on size of fillets.
